RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final except for the following reasons: damage from shipping, defective product, or incorrect item shipped. We currently do not accept exchanges at this time.

Please submit your claim for damaged or missing items within 72 hours of receipt. Your claim should be emailed to hello@battlegroundbiscuits.com and should include: your order number, issue with item(s), and clear photo(s) of the issue.

SHIPPING
Please be sure your shipping address is correct prior to checking out. Battleground Biscuits is not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address. Any orders that are returned, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Please note that during high volume times of year that shipping times may increase. We are not responsible for delays on the part of shipping carriers.

MISSING ORDERS
Contact us at hello@battlegroundbiscuits.com with your tracking number and order info. If an item is marked as delivered, but did not arrive, we are not responsible and will not send a replacement. Please make sure the address you provide is safe and secure! Additionally, you can contact your local post office with your tracking number with help tracking it down. We do not offer refunds if the package is not located. We also do not issue refunds or replacements for orders that are delayed due to overload with USPS or other shipping carriers.

ORDER CHANGE OR CANCELLATION
Any order changes or cancellations MUST be sent via email to hello@battlegroundbiscuits.com 24 HOURS OR LESS from the original time of order. All apparel is currently created on-demand and shipped by our partner fulfillment company, once your order is in the que we are unable to cancel or alter it.

All art associated with graphics, merchandise, etc. is the sole property of Battleground Biscuits, LLC and may not be used without expressed written permission. No unauthorized use for any reason without consent from Battleground Biscuits, LLC.
