I’ll be quite honest…I let this one be long because the audio had me 🤣🤣🤣🤣

But this is always an ongoing debate when booking rooms at @shadesofgreenresort . Do you want to stay in the Palm Wing or the Magnolia Wing? Which one is older/updated? What if I want to be close to the bus? What’s the closest to the pool? These will all matter depending on your family’s needs so you should know the differences.

PALM WING 🌿 This is better suited for families that like to immerse in the serenity of the resort. It’s away from most things so, introverts, this side is for you! It’s also connected to the parking garage so if you’re driving you won’t have to be far from your vehicle. You can also go to the top level of the parking garage each night and get a great view of the Magic Kingdom fireworks! This is also the newer side of the resort so you have a better chance of getting a slightly more updated room.

MAGNOLIA WING 🪷 You’ll want to be on this side if you’d rather be close to the pools. They are both located on this side as well as the Magnolia Spa if you want to wake up in the morning for a massage or a princess/pirate makeover. All of the restaurants are situated under the lobby and by the pool as well so if proximity to dining is important you’ll want this side. It does tend to have more noise over here with all of the amenities but if you’re on vacation to party and have a great time this side will be perfect!

📌Don’t hesitate to let the staff know what you’re looking for! They are always so eager to help and make sure we have the stay we are hoping for!

We took Story and her bestie to a local dessert bar @dulce.mtpleasant for her birthday and it was the absolute cutest little sweet spot! If you’re ever in Charleston be sure to check them out! These churros were out of this world! And look how cute it was here with all of the flowers and neon signs! These girls had a blast! I can’t wait to go back and try some more of these cocktails too 👀

In fact, you’ll leave upset because you’ll realize that you just walked out of the only place in Magic Kingdom that has them so you’ll either have to make another reservation OR book a Disney cruise to have them again. Ok, maybe you won’t be upset. Maybe that’s your excuse to go on another vacation…you’re welcome! 😘
